JC Dufresne has over 25 years of specialty retail experience including time spent as an end user of Retail Pro. In addition JC has 15 years of training and technical support experience over a wide range of Retail Pro versions.
JC oversees the successful implementation of Retail Pro for customers large and small and provides ongoing training and support for a wide range of specialty retailers all over the US. He is considered one of the preeminent Retail Pro support engineers in the entire channel.
